1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our platform and API services to access Cadastre data. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Use of Service

By using our services, you agree to:

• Use the API only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Not attempt to access any part of the service without authorization
• Not perform activities that may damage or overload our servers
• Not resell or redistribute our services without express authorization

3. Registration and Account

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

4. API Keys and Authentication

API Keys are unique credentials that allow you to access our services. You must keep your API Keys secret and not share them with third parties.

We reserve the right to revoke any API Key in case of misuse or violation of these terms.

5. Plans and Billing

We offer different subscription plans with different usage limits. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically according to the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual). You can cancel your subscription at any time from your user panel.

6. Usage Limitations

Each plan has specific limits on the number of monthly requests. If you exceed your limit:

• Additional requests will be rejected until the next billing cycle
• You can upgrade your plan at any time to get more requests
• Requests that result in 500 server errors do not count towards your limit

7. Intellectual Property

Our platform, API and documentation are protected by intellectual property rights. Cadastre data is public domain and belongs to the Spanish General Cadastre Directorate.

You do not acquire any ownership rights over our software or services by using them.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of important changes by email. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
